After a week's vacation, it was difficult to get up and ready on a Monday morning. I pulled out a trusty work outfit and blearily drove to work. Now that I look at this picture, I realize my skirt is a lot shorter than I thought. Maybe I grew, or maybe I just need longer skirts, esp for work. I'm picking up 3 from alterations this evening so hopefully my knees will be covered next time :) Do you have any fashion rules for work attire?

I always dressed conservatively when I was a teacher, so I understand, but I don't think your skirt is too short for work. I always focused on no cleavage, nothing too tight, and no higher than an inch (maaaaaaaaybe two) above the knee. I think you look great!
